Practical Golf Psychology

Practical Golf Psychology

The first thing that comes to mind when most golfers consider playing better golf are thoughts of hitting better shots, increasing driving distance, improving technique, working on the short game or having less putts. While there is no doubt, that those are all parts of the game that are important and can provide improvement, the reality for most golfers is that all of those things can be overridden by the mind – generally, when you least want it to!

Practical Golf Psychology – Level One takes a look at the all important (but usually ignored) part that the mind plays in allowing you to perform well on the golf course or more commonly for most golfers – the part their mind plays in keeping them frustrated with their golf game as they continue to repeat the same mistakes over and over again on the golf course.

The next course will be sometime late October / early Novemeber
