I talked about watching a golfer do something on the golf course during a round that the majority of golfers around the world would accept was simply ‘a normal reaction’ to messing up a chip shot

As I’d say that most golfers – would do the same thing quite often during a round

Anyway, the chip shot I saw the golfer play – wasn’t too bad a shot really – as all that had happened was that the golfer had simply hit the chip shot a little hard

Which meant that the golf ball was clearly going to end up coming to rest a few feet beyond the hole, unless…
